DescriptionArchitect A. T. Simmons, stylistically building influenced by Prairie School of Architecture, constructed 1916-1917. The Formal Lounge is in the Margaret Fell cottage. The room has the original plaster cast ceiling and walls in addition to oak wainscoting.
